*51 Childhood Innocence

*51 Childhood Innocence is best symbolized by Christ's statement: "I assure you, if you don't change and become like children, you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven."  (Matthew 18:3). Christ had in mind the innocence of fully experienced life, a wise innocence accepting the constant changes of the world and life. To achieve such a miraculous innocence is truly difficult since we must set aside all our knowledge and must uncompromisingly crucify our personality. Only then can rebirth take place, the resurrected experience is innocence itself.
